Karen M. Wuestling, V.P. of Construction
As a licensed general contractor and licensed real estate professional with over ten years of combined professional experience in the construction industry and business development, and sales, Karen holds an advanced level of expertise and continues her professional commitment to develop business opportunities for our expanding network of dedicated craftsmen, and certified professionals.

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Karen began her career in Florida after attending both the University of South Florida and Ringling School of Art and Design, where she focused her undergraduate studies, majoring in Biology, Business Administration, and Fine Arts.

In addition to holding multiple professional certifications, Karen is an active member of the National Association of Homebuilders; National Association of Homebuilders Women’s Council; Florida Association of Homebuilders; Florida Green Building Association; American Institute of Architects; National Association of Women Business Owners; National Association of Female Executives; and The Florida Chapter of Associated General Contractors of America.

Rick Spears, East Coast Sales Manager
As a long term standing professional who was raised in a family business and professional culture for many years, Rick Spears has an impressive and extensive background in business development, and sales. Rick’s success began in upstate New York, where he, his brother, and his father, shared ownership of Delaware Valley Block, a large “sand and gravel”, and “block and concrete” company.

With the sale of Delaware Valley Block in 1986, Rick moved to South Florida with his family, where he continued to thrive with his business interests and began to pursue real estate development and real estate sales. He successfully developed a real estate brokerage firm, which continues to flourish today with an outstanding reputation as both a professional real estate and community leader.

Today, Rick’s reputation continues to succeed as a professionally recognized business leader with over thirty years of combined professional experience in the manufacturing, construction, real estate, sales, and marketing industries.

Adding to his professional legacy of continued accomplishments, Rick is now dedicated to developing Surface MD, Inc., where he currently leads the company’s East Coast sales team and is building the company into the largest distributor of decorative coatings in the Southeast.

Warren Wuestling, West Coast Sales Manager
As an honored and outstanding veteran of the U.S. Navy who served his country for many years, Warren’s incredible leadership, discipline, and hard work has garnered a professional portfolio, which includes over thirty five years of sales and marketing experience, leading expertise, and constantly marked results.

In addition to his professional tenure with the U.S. Navy, Warren served as Vice President for a large multi-national manufacturing company and was the lead executive trainer for the Sam’s Club marketing group in the St. Louis region. Warren has been a business owner for over ten years and continues to thrive as an experienced leader and professionally recognized veteran in both the Florida and national sales markets.

Adding to his distinguished personal and professional portfolio, Warren now remains dedicated to developing Surface MD, Inc. where he currently leads the company’s West Coast sales team, and is inherently building the company into the largest distributor of decorative coatings in the Southwest.

Jeff Wuestling, Sales Associate
With over six years of combined professional experience in information technology, project management, corporate training, and customer support, Jeff has been professionally recognized for his advanced training techniques and continued commitment to excellent customer service.

Jeff is a leading information systems expert who leveraged his advanced experience to focus on high-end project consulting. While he has worked with several of the world’s leading global financial institutions, he continues to provide professional services to both local and national corporations, as he is professionally dedicated to promoting corporate development within the information technology field.

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, and former resident of Denver, Colorado, Jeff now currently resides in Sarasota, Florida where he has joined the West Coast professional sales team.

A graduate of Colorado State University, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems.
